Built for mid-career EHS professionals

You've been in safety long enough to know what good looks like — but maybe the program you inherited doesn't look like that. This accelerator is for people ready to fix that.

🦺

EHS Managers & Coordinators

You own the program but didn't build it. This cohort helps you rebuild it from the foundation.

🏗

Safety Professionals Seeking the CSPA

The CSPA designation signals you don't just know safety — you know how to architect a program that sticks.

📋

HR & Operations Leaders

Responsible for safety without a dedicated team. This gives you the framework to build one that works.

🌱

Consultants Building Client Programs

Add a repeatable, credentialed methodology to your consulting practice.

Real professionals. Real career moves.

The Accelerator draws mid-career EHS professionals at an inflection point — ready to level up, add credentials, or reposition their expertise. Here's who's in the cohort.

Career Advancement

The EHS Manager Eyeing Director

"I've been running this program for 4 years. My boss knows I'm capable, but every director opening asks for credentials I don't have."

Leaves with the CSPA designation and a rebuilt program portfolio that makes the promotion case for you.

Credential Entry

The Engineer or Veteran Pivoting into Safety

"I have the technical background and the instincts, but safety hiring managers want a credential — not just experience. An OSHA card isn't enough."

Earns a portable, employer-recognized designation that signals you're a safety program builder, not just a card holder.

Trusted Advisor

The Insurance or PPE Advisor Adding Safety Depth

"My clients ask me safety questions I can't fully answer. I want to be the person they call before the incident happens — not the broker who shows up after."

Builds the fluency to consult on program gaps, not just product options — deepening client trust and expanding your scope of work.

More than a course — a cohort

The Accelerator combines Bobbi's instruction with a cohort of peers and a direct pathway to consulting support — so you're never building in a vacuum.

Bobbi's Live Instruction

Weekly live sessions led by Bobbi K. Samples, CSP — 32 years of real-world safety program experience, not textbook theory.

Cohort Community

A peer group of EHS professionals working through the same challenges. The relationships built here last beyond the 12 weeks.

CSPA Designation

Complete the program and earn the Certified Safety Program Architect™ designation — a signal to employers and clients that you build programs that work.

Consulting Pathway

Graduates gain access to a direct consulting pathway with The Safety Firm for complex program needs beyond the cohort.

7-Module Curriculum

Structured across 12 weeks covering every dimension of a complete safety program — from gap assessment through audit-ready documentation.

Ongoing Access

Lifetime access to course materials and a private community of CSPA graduates for continued support after the cohort ends.

Led by someone who's actually done it

Everything you need to decide

The questions professional development buyers ask before committing to a program — answered directly.

Early bird tuition is $3,700. The standard rate is $4,200 — early bird pricing locks in now and increases as enrollment fills. Most employers reimburse professional development programs in the $2,000–$5,000 range, which means the Accelerator typically fits within a standard training budget. Payment plans are available — contact us and we'll work something out.
Plan for 8–10 hours per week: one live session plus async coursework and assignments. The program is designed for working professionals — not full-time students. Assignments apply directly to your current role, so your time investment produces immediate on-the-job value, not just academic output.
The cohort model is built for exactly this. You have the peer group moving through the same material — someone in your cohort has faced the same sticking point. You also have catch-up sessions built into the program schedule and direct access to Bobbi for mentorship when you need it. Nobody falls behind silently.
CSPA stands for Certified Safety Program Architect. It's a portable professional designation that signals you've been trained to design, build, and audit safety programs — not just hold an OSHA card. Employers increasingly distinguish between safety professionals who respond to incidents and those who architect systems that prevent them. The CSPA positions you in the second category. It was created by Bobbi K. Samples and is recognized by employers in construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and energy. Always referred to as a "designation" — not a "certification."
Yes — flexible options are available. Contact us directly and we'll find an arrangement that works. We'd rather work with you on timing than have cost be the reason you don't get in.
Full refund before Week 2 begins. Pro-rated refund after that, based on weeks completed. We believe in the program — but we also believe if it's not the right fit after you've started, you shouldn't be stuck. Details are included in the enrollment agreement.
No. The Accelerator is designed for mid-career professionals with 3+ years of relevant experience — EHS managers, engineers, military veterans, HR/operations leaders. You need practical experience and a genuine reason to build better safety programs. Prior certifications are useful context but not a prerequisite.
